📋 Booking Policies, Payment Terms & Cancellations

Payment Terms

• Single Transfers & Local Day Trips: No deposit required. Full payment can be made via Cash directly to the driver on the day of service, or via Online Bank Transfer / Instant Transfer 1 day prior to the trip.

• Multi-Day & Extended Outstation Transfers: A 10% deposit of the total booking amount is required upon confirmation. The remaining balance must be cleared via online transfer 1 day in advance or paid in cash to the driver upon initial pickup.

• Payment Methods Accepted: Online Banking / DuitNow (MYR), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Cash (MYR).

Terms & Conditions

1. Inclusions: Rates include the private vehicle, driver service, fuel, toll charges, and parking fees.

2. Exclusions: Entrance tickets to attractions, meals, personal expenses, and optional driver gratuities are not included.

3. Vehicle Capacity Safety: Passengers must adhere strictly to the passenger and luggage limits specified for each fleet class.

4. Overtime Surcharge: Additional hours beyond the standard tour duration are calculated at:

   • Sedan & MPV: MYR 50 – MYR 70 per additional hour

   • Vans: MYR 80 – MYR 100 per additional hour

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time with zero penalty.

• Late Cancellation (Within 24 Hours): Any paid deposit is non-refundable.

• No-Show Policy: If guests fail to arrive at the agreed pickup point without prior notice, the full transfer amount will remain payable.
