No, all our vehicle rentals come with a dedicated, professional driver (chauffeur-driven service only). We do not offer self-drive rentals.

However, we provide long-distance intercity transfers from Kuala Lumpur to any destination in Peninsular Malaysia, including Melaka, Cameron Highlands, Genting Highlands, Lumut/Pangkor Jetty, Cherating, Kuantan, and Mersing Jetty. 

We offer a versatile fleet to accommodate different group sizes and travel preferences:

• Sedans: Ideal for 1–3 passengers (business travel, airport runs)

• Toyota Innova MPVs: Comfortable for up to 4 passengers with luggage

Our quotes are transparent. Depending on your booking type (fixed-route transfer vs. daily charter), we can provide all-inclusive pricing that covers fuel, toll fees, and chauffeur charges so there are no hidden surprises during your journey. 

Inclusions: Standard quotes include vehicle rental with driver, fuel, and standard operational costs. Toll charges and parking fees can be included in fixed-rate quotes upon request.

Billing and invoicing reflect applicable Malaysian Sales rates in accordance with local tax regulations.

Overtime / Extended Usage: Any additional hours or unscheduled detour stops beyond the agreed itinerary will be charged at standard hourly overtime rates.

• Online Bank Transfer / DuitNow QR: Must be made at least 1 day in advance prior to the service date. 

• Cash Payment: Can be paid directly to our assigned driver before commencement of the trip. (Note: We do not accept credit card payments at this time.) 

Cancellation 48 Hours Before Trip: Full deposit refund minus any processing fees.

Cancellation 24 to 48 Hours Before Trip: 50% deposit retention.

Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours / No-Show: Deposit is non-refundable.
